Agios Stephanos |
| Agios Stephanos (Travel Time from Airport 150 mins) Agios Stephanos is tucked away in a beautiful secluded bay, and started life as a little fishing village. Winding country roads lead down to the bay of Agios Stephanos and its long golden sandy beach. Retaining it's traditional charm it is a traditional Greek resort with plenty of tavernas and is set against a backdrop of gentle hills, olive groves and an unspoilt rural valley which offers stunning sea views, this resort is ideal for those that want complete relaxation. The beach at Agios Stephanos is spacious and relatively undeveloped, over a mile long beach with a broad stretch of golden soft sand. Agios Stephanos is popular with children and has been the centrepiece of many a family holiday. There are a few well-stocked small supermarkets and a couple of coffee/cocktail bars, a lovely gift shop and a small tourist and boat hire office. Although hidden form the outside world with its rural backdrop and shallow flashing aquamarine water makes this an ideal location for couples and families alike who are seeking a holiday of complete relaxation.
I will be updating each resort with a few pictures when I can sort them out, If you have a picture or your favourite resort then please email it to me and I will display it here. Send photos to >> Holiday Corfu Admin <<
