Gouvia

Gouvia
(Travel Time from Airport 30 mins)

Gouvia is based around a large and well maintained marina and very close to the capital of the island bustling Corfu town.
Gouvia is one of the larger resorts on the North East of the island but still retains a local feel as well as catering to a wide range of people and tastes.
Access to a Gouvia beach is easy from anywhere in the village There is not one beach at Gouvia but several with some quieter more secluded spots for bathing, the beach is sand, shingle and pebbles and offers a good
range of water sports including pedalos, paragliding, jet skiing and boat trips, and you can hire sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach.
You can even go horse riding and explore the densely covered hills of olive groves and citrus plantations that surround Gouvia.
Gouvia tends to comes alive at night with a good selection of multinational restaurants, plenty of shops, several good bars and two nightclubs to dance the night away.
