Ipsos boasts calm water and a curved bay, with a tiny harbour and views of the Greek mainland, Albania, Mount Pantokrator and olive and pine clad inland hills. The beach at Ipsos is shingle/sand mix, it also has a good range of water sports from pedalos, jet skiing, sail boarding and parascending book able from one of the
three waters sports centres along the beach.
One of the most attractive areas is the local church and traditional harbour at the south end of the promenade where you can watch the local fishermen bring in their daily catch.
The long easy promenade lined with small palm trees which runs alongside the beach makes this ideal place to just sit and watch the day go by.
Also Ipsos beach offers the opportunity to take water taxis to nearby beaches or boat trips to further a field and it is a popular way to admire the dramatic coastline.
Ipsos has to be the place to come if you want to dance the night away, it has a good selection of popular bars and nightclubs and plenty of restaurants ranging from cheap and cheerful fast food
to traditional Greek tavernas, Chinese and Italian restaurants.
There is also several tourist offices and a good range of small shops & supermarkets.
There is no hiding the fact that Ipsos is clearly, a place to party for the young or young at heart, countless bars and discos of every description providing clubbing, energetic nightlife and relaxing beach action by day.
