Kalami

Kalami
(Travel Time from Airport 60 mins)

There is a steep drive down through olive and cypress groves to the village of Kalami
The resort of Kalami is a peaceful fishing village, located on the north eastern coast of Corfu and is an ideal place for getting away. Kalami is set in a stunning horseshoe bay with a long pebbly beach, with some water sports and boat hire.
Crystal clear waters of Kalami make it ideal for swimming and snorkelling along with its glorious location and views.
The surrounding hillsides of Kalami with olive groves and tall cypress trees enforce the Greek mystique that hypnotises you into a state of pure heaven.
Kalami is a friendly family resort with a handful of shops, supermarkets, several traditional tavernas, a couple of pleasant bars and a few tourist offices.
The famous writer "Lawrence Durrell" made Kalami his home, and the "Durrell's" family home "The White House" is still there today overlooking the beautiful bay.
Kalami is an Ideal resort to get away from the hustle and bustle of the more busier resorts on the Island and still remains typically Greek.
