There is a market in Kassiopi, as well as Agios Stefanos, along the coast where you can purchase locally caught fish, as well as meat
and vegetables. Like most markets, you will have to be early, as the local will be there for the best pickings.

Hi Sandyby.
I have received word from a friend who is a frequent traveller to Kassiopi in response to your questions regarding fish markets, etc.
There is no actual fish market as I original thought, but a guy who sells freshly caught fish early in the mornings. It is adviseable to
get up early to purchase as most is sold to the Tavernas and Restaurant owners.

As for baked, fried or steamed fish as a takeaway, nothing is available as a takeaway in Kassiopi. However, most Taverna and
Restaurant owners will cook to order as a takeaway. Very accommodating apprently.
