Buses

Post by Pooley » Sat Jun 11, 2011 10:57 am

Hi, we're going to Sidari in a couple of weeks and my sister will be in Aillas at the same time. Anyone know if there is a bus service between the two towns.

If so how long does it take, how often does it run and how much does it cost?

Thank you. :dup:

I believe there is a bus from Arillas to Sidari, on route to Corfu Town, but I am sure it is one a day, and leaves Arillas very early, around 7am. The distance is about 10km. The journey is around 20 minutes, and ticket prices vary, but maybe only a few Euros. For more information on buses, see the following link: CORFU BUS TIMETABLES

My sources in Sidari believes there is a bus that passes through Sidari from Corfu Town to Arillas, and return. The cost would be no more than €2 per person. Taxis are available, and with a distance of approximately 10km, the cost per ride each way would be around €15, maybe a little less.
